RadioPet Hidden Dogfencing will replace a malfunctioning component with a brand new one for 2 years from the date of purchase.
After 2 years there is a deductible replacement fee. Replaced with a Brand New receiver collar or shipped back to the manufacture.

EcoLite™ & UltraMax Systems come with a Lifetime Parts Warranty, after 2 years there is a deductible fee ,a UltraCare protection that covers your transmitter and receiver(s) from accidental damage (dog chews) with deductible replacement fee per occurrence.

Lifetime Replacement Warranty for Lightning/Surge Hits & Zapp Alert®
If lightning/surge hits and damages your transmitter, simply call us and we will make scheduled time to replace it with a new one and retrieve the damaged unit, a labour and deductible fee will apply.0
Zapp Alert® is an audible alarm and visual warning system alerts you if a lightning/surge occurs to the transmitter. This feature is letting you know immediately when your system is down.
This warranty does not cover physical damage caused by lightning/surge to the loopwire around the perimeter. Normal repair fees will apply to locating and repairing wire breaks due to lightning/surge damage.0
Dog Containment Guarantee
RadioPet guarantees that our systems will contain your dog(s) assuming (1) they are installed by us, (2) they are operated and maintained as we instruct, (3) all boundary training as been followed to our set schedule for 30 days and (4) you notify us when any problem occurs so we can quickly diagnose and resolve the issue.
There are many factors that are out of our control and only you can provide us with the information we need to help you insure there are no pet containment issues. We guarantee that the EcoLite, UltraMax & ProFence receivers will stop any dog with the right combination of settings or we will refund your system’s (Transmitter & Receiver(s) purchase price.
If your dog displays a need for a stronger correction or some other combination of settings than the ProFence receiver is capable of delivering, we will offer you the upgrade option to the , EcoLite™ or UlraMax receiver that will do the job for the most stubborn of dogs.
Regardless of the RadioPet® system you choose our pet containment guarantee applies.
Any Layout
All of our RadioPet systems include containment for up to 1 acre with any layout you choose. This means that we will install the loopwire where we can do so safely to establish the pet containment boundaries.
If extra hand digging or manual placement of the loop wire is necessary to accomplish your requested layout, our technician will evaluate the additional time required and give you a price for this additional labour and you can decide if you want to proceed or simplify the design.
Free Follow-up Training Guarantee
RadioPet Hidden Dogfencing always demonstrates the first boundary training session onsite with you and your dog after the system has been installed. Once we have demonstrated the GentleSteps training session, you now fully know what to do and continue the training process of teaching your dog(s) get accustomed to their new boundaries.
The reason that we only need to do one session is very simple, our systems are adjustable by you, therefore eliminating the requirement of paying for a service call fee to program your receiver collar. Our systems enable you to gradually increase the correction levels as you see fit until your dog has a healthy respect for their boundaries.
The GentleSteps Training™ process is so easy that children can help with the process. We know that occasionally a dog may require a higher level correction, or in some cases a dog will need a higher correction than what a specific receiver is delivering. In either case or any other odd situation that occurs that requires assistance, we guarantee that we will help resolve any issues. We fully expect you will contact us within the first 14 days for assistance if you are having issues. We do whatever is required to solve any issue. We make it very easy for you to contact us and get the help you require by calling our office, or our online form on our website that you fill out and submit to us. You will receive confirmation by email that your request has been received, and we are notified by email that you need assistance. We monitor this dedicated email regularly and respond quickly by phone, text, or email depending on your preference. In most cases we can resolve most issues over the phone, via email, or text message depending on what you prefer.

Driveway Crossing
Regardless of the type of driveway you have, we simply use our concrete saw to clean out a natural expansion joint and insert the wire 1″ deep and re-cover with material that came out of the joint.
If your driveway has no joints we will make a fresh clean cut where the best location is and seal it.

14 Gauge Solid Copper Loop Wire Guarantee
We use the highest quality 14 gauge solid copper core direct burial grade loopwire available. It is professionally trenched in on average of 4” deep. Our proprietary machine cuts an incision into your turf with a custom carbide tip blade that feeds the wire behind it automatically. In a thick healthy turf, most people have a difficult time locating where the cut is after we are done. The flags and tire tracks from our machine are usually the only visual clues as to the location of the loop wire.
A common misconception is that the gauge of the copper loopwire is somehow not a factor in the longevity of the system. This is a myth perpetrated by companies that want to save themselves money and give you the cheaper gaugeloop wire (16 & 18). The reality is that stranded, thinner copper will begin to deteriorate and eventually breaks down as it is exposed to the elements due to a breakage or damage to the inferior copper wire.
The 14 gauge that we offer comes with a 45 mil casing that is extremely durable (UV and Underground Rated) and will provide a Lifetime of uninterrupted service. 14 gauge copper loopwire costs more but provides additional benefits to the longevity of your dogfence system. Because of this, we do encourage you to ask the gauge of wire and to be solid copper core.

Home Owner Assisted Installation
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES for the (HOA) Homeowner Assistance tasks of the RadioPet System installation to receive the $99 discount off the published full price:
- Flag the yard with provided flags. This is the only task you need to do while we are there, training is done after the installation. If training is to be done at a later date, you can wait to put the flags up when we come back.
- Cut, seal and clean up driveway joint crossing, and apply sealer that we provide at your discretion.
- Any hand digging that is required where our trencher cannot bury the wire safely.
- All cosmetic clean up resulting from the installation process.
- Blocking garden areas within the contained area are not include.
